The Feast of the Assumption - Mass in Rockchapel on 15th of August will be at 9.00 p.m.   Mass will be followed by a procession to the Grotto for the rosary. A meeting to make arrangements for the event will be held in the sacristy on Monday, 12th August at 9.00 p.m.

Dromcollogher Respite Care Centre - Harvest Fair and Vintage Rally 2019 will take place in August 4th commencing at 1.00 p.m. in Dromcollogher Show Grounds Field. A fun filled family day out with bouncing castles, mascots, reptiles, dog show, stalls, vintage and much more
 
Knock Shrine - This years National Novena at Knock Shrine takes place from August 14th to 22nd. This year is a very special milestone in the story of Knock as we celebrate the 140th anniversary of the Apparition on the 21st of August. Novena 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. daily. Seminars 12 Noon. Anointing 2.30 p.m. For further details see notice board or www.knockshrine.ie
 
The Irish Wheelchair Association wishes to thank you for your generosity towards last weekends church gate collection. The total collected in the parish was €945 for which they are most grateful.

Newmarket Summer Outing, takes place on Sunday August 11th, We will visit Crag Caves, Lartigue railway in Listowel, and finish up with some shopping at Manor West in Tralee with dinner at Manor West Hotel .
