Couch to 5K" returns at Glenlara G.A.A. Field &Track on Monday 21st August.   It will run 3 nights a week - Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 8pm.   Beginners and Advanced welcome.   Start easy and work up to 5K.  Social & fun walk and jog.   All proceeds to Glash/Taur Community Alert
