Aerobic Classes – ‘Operation Transformation’
Want to lose those extra pounds put up over the Christmas? Why not come alone to Aerobic Classes and follow our ‘Operation Transformation’ programme. Classes take place on Thursday nights, at 7.00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m., in Rockchapel Community Centre. Everyone welcome.

Introduction to First Aid Course
Rockchapel Defibrillator group will hold an Introduction to First Aid Course on Saturday, 4th February in Rockchapel Community Centre. The course is given by the Irish Red Cross. Anyone interested should give their name to any member of the Defibrillator group. Everyone welcome.

Boherbue Comprehensive School is offering the following Adult Education classes for Spring 2012:
Monday Nights: Art, Yoga, Practical First Aid (certified by the Red Cross), and Computers for Complete Beginners including introduction to internet, email, file management, etc.
Tuesday Nights: Improve Your Basic Computer Skills – includes internet, email and Skype.
Wednesday Afternoons 2-4pm: Dressmaking - suitable for beginners and improvers - production and alteration of clothes you can wear.
All the above classes will commence the week beginning Monday, 30th January.
Fee for Yoga: €65. Fee for all other classes: €70.
Classes will only run if there are enough applicants.
Wednesday, 8th February, 8-9 pm: Parents' Talk on Child Protection Guidelines - no fee.

A very important Duhallow I.F.A. meeting will take place in the Wallis Arms Hotel, Millstreet on Thursday, 26th January @ 8.30pm to discuss the proposed changes in the Common Agricultural Policy and the new Land Reclamation Bill. Guest speakers on the night are John Bryan, I.F.A. President and Noreen Rahilly, Teagasc. Everyone welcome.
