A Candle Light Procession to the Grotto followed by rosary will take place on Tuesday evening after the 9.00 p.m. mass. It is hoped that as many people as possible will participate in this annual event.

St. Peter’s Ladies
St. Peter’s Ladies Footballers will be in action on Monday night, August 14th in Round 3 of the Championship vs Bride Rovers at 7.30 in Rockchapel.

Grandparents National Annual Pilgrimage to Knock Shrine is on Sunday September 10th at2.30 p.m. Everyone welcome to honour and tank Grandparents alive and dead for all they have done for us down through the ages. Chief celebrant Archbishop Eamon Martin – Ballina School Choir – Dana singing ‘Our Lady of Knock’.
St. Marks GAA Club Skills week will be held on Monday 14th to Friday 18th August, from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. The Venues are Meelin GAA grounds the 14th. 15th and 18th and Freemount GAA grounds on the 16th & 17th. All children are welcome aged 6.13yrs. Application forms are available from Pat O’Callaghan on 087-7937980.
